The head of Odessa Ova Oleg Kiper is suspected of withdrawing assets abroad through a trusted person

Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, was in the center of a new scandal - he is suspected of gradually removing assets outside Ukraine. About it reports insider UA.

According to the available information, Kiper allegedly gave a secret instruction to organize the departure to Austria of his trusted assistant Vitaliy Zvertayl. The purpose of this step may be the legalization of financial assets and real estate abroad.

Vitaliy Zvertaylo - a personal driver, guard and adviser to the patronage service of the Ova, earlier worked at the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office under the leadership of Kiper.

According to the UA insider, the deputy chairman of OVA Sergey Kropyva allegedly agreed with the Austrian company Belichberg GmbH on the design of a fictitious invitation. Officially, Zvertaylo should be in Vienna from April 28 to May 12, 2025 "for the development of international cooperation in the field of digitalization and innovation", although it is not actually related to these industries.

The real goals of Zvertayl in Austria remain unknown.

We will remind that Oleg Kiper was already appearing in a loud scandal-he was allegedly recorded for a game in the casino Monte Carlo. The Odessa Ova then denied that the video was their leader.
