The National Anti -Corruption Agency (NAPC) found in the declaration of the former Deputy Minister for Strategic Industry Vitaliy Nemillost's inaccurate data for more than UAH 10 million. This is stated in the conclusion of the agency on the results of verification of documents.
Among the violations recorded by the NACC are false information about the foreign passport. In the declaration of the non -nomis, he stated that he did not have a passport for traveling abroad, although the register confirmed its presence.
In addition, the extent declared the luxurious property of the wife, but without supporting documents. Among the undeclared: jewelry brands Bruguet, Graff, Nico Juliany, expensive Breguet, Elpidio Loffredo and Rindi fur products, Hermes, CHANEL, Dior, and Collections of Pictures and ICXXXIX.
The non -nomis explained that the property of the wife allegedly purchased for marriage, and documents for purchases were "not preserved".
Problems also arose with the declared rented Porsche Cayenne 2013. The fact of the lease failed due to the lack of answers from the owner.
Separately, the NACC found that the nonsense did not declare its beneficial ownership of the company "Eco-Komunenergo", which is a direct violation of anti-corruption legislation. He explained it with a "mistake".
The greatest reason for the conclusion about the false declaration was the amount of cash of the wife. The northest indicated about 10 million UAH in different currency, while his wife's official income for over 20 years amounted to only UAH 385 thousand. At the same time, it made a lot of expenses, in particular, it purchased an apartment for over UAH 2 million.
According to the results of the inspection of the NACC, it sent materials on the notorious under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-the declaration of false information.
