Anton Shaligaylo, who was appointed Deputy Head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration in March 2024, declared a significant increase in his income. His salary in 2024 increased by almost UAH 730 thousand compared to the previous year.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to data from the Unified Register of Declarations.
The declaration states that the ownership or joint ownership of the official has an apartment in Odessa with an area of 63.3 m², the share of which is 17%, as well as a land plot of 1200 m² in the Kiev region. Shalygaylo also uses the 2008 Acura RDX car rented through Sindikat Leasing LLC.
An official's income for 2024 includes 813 thousand hryvnias of wages in the Odessa Regional State Administration - 275 thousand more than a year earlier. In addition, in 2024 he received another 454 882 hryvnias at the Department of Life Supporting and Energy Efficiency of the ODA.
Caps and bonuses from banks and companies are additionally declared. The wife of the official, Inna Shaligaylo, received 13 600 hryvnias of social payments as an internally displaced person in Latvia.
The cash of the couple remained unchanged - $ 6,000. Shaligayla's bank accounts are placed in PrivatBank, Savings Bank, Bank Universal, Taskombank, Accent Bank and UkrSibbank. His wife also uses accounts with PrivatBank, Bank Universal and Latvian Swedbank.
Anton Shaligaylo has 14 years of professional experience. Since 2017 he has been working in Odessa Ova, and since February 2018 he has headed the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Energy Efficiency. Before that he worked in Kiev.
On March 26, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed to his appointment to the post of deputy chairman of the regional administration.
