The scandalous Lviv politician, businessman and "philanthropist" Hryhoriy Kozlovsky is expanding his elite complex Emily Resort by another 118 hectares at the expense of the territory of the Vynnykivsk community.

Elite recreation complex Emily Resort in Vynnyky, which is spread over an area of 17 hectares, is planned to be developed in the future, "squeezing" another 118 hectares of land from the community. According to the draft drawings, which were presented at public discussions in Lviv, the complex will be built with a new seven-story aparthotel, a health center, a recreation area, administrative, commercial and public buildings with underground parking and tennis courts.
The Lviv City Council also says that in the future, businessman Hryhoriy Kozlovsky plans to build a 400-place kindergarten and school buildings on the territory of Emily Resort. Of course, they will be paid and exclusively for the children of the local elite.
We will remind, Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau are investigating a criminal case regarding the privatization of almost 16 hectares of land around Lake Vynnykiv. In 2021, the family of Grigoriy Kozlovsky privatized the land, and soon after, the elite resort Emily Resort was opened on the site of the city lake.
The decision of the High Anti-corruption Court became known about the criminal proceedings regarding the privatization of a land plot with a lake in Vynnyky. As part of the proceedings, in July 2023, the court seized the property of the late Volodymyr Kvurt, .
It is about more than 25.7 hectares of land within the former city lake on the street. Khmelnytskogo, 9 in Vynnyky. For many years, this land was leased by "Krakiv Rynok" LLC, and in 2017, the "Football Academy" LLC, whose founder was a businessman and member of the Lviv City Council Hryhoriy Kozlovskyi, became the sub-lessee of part of the area around the lake. Soon, the company and relatives of the businessman received in different parts almost 17 hectares of land around the lake for permanent free use, and in 2020 the Vinnytsia City Council sold this land to the "Football Academy" for UAH 17.5 million.
Thus, the well-known Lviv businessman and "philanthropist" Hryhoriy Kozlovsky wrested from the people of Vinniki the city lake, which is currently available only for elite recreation. In addition to what has already been stolen from the community, Kozlovskyi will soon build another 118 hectares of land in the suburbs of Lviv for the recreation of his wealthy friends.
At the same time, residents of Vynnykiv are rightfully worried that Hryhoriy Kozlovskyi will take away their private plots as well : "I will protect my plot of land, which is close to the development of the complex," emphasized Andriy, a resident of Vynnykiv. "There is a risk that we will all lose our plots."
"We see that the forest is disappearing, and Kozlovsky's projects are being picked up at people's houses," said Oksana, a resident of Vynnykiv.
At the same time, it will be extremely difficult for the residents of Vinniki to protect their legal rights even to private plots. After all, "politician, businessman and philanthropist" Hryhoriy Kozlovskyi is one of the most famous tobacco smugglers of Ukraine , who is ready to involve militants to protect his illegal businesses.
Last time, Kozlovsky's aunts came to Vynnykivka Tobacco Factory LLC and inflicted bodily injuries of varying degrees of severity on police officers and BEP detectives who were supposed to search the company - one of the largest suppliers of illegal tobacco products in Europe. As we can see, Kozlovsky can do anything in Vinnyky - even beat the policemen.
By the way, part of the premises on the territory of the Vynnykivka tobacco factory has been redecorated for the smuggler Kozlovsky's daughter: Sofya Maksymets. According to our sources in the Lviv City Council, Hryhoriy Kozlovsky actively involves his daughter Sofia in his business projects.
As you can see, the aid to Ukrainian soldiers that Hryhoriy Kozlovsky likes to talk about is actually just a small "redeem" for the unpaid billions from the production and smuggling of illegal tobacco products to the Ukrainian budget. And also an opportunity for the family of the smuggler and raider Kozlovsky to continue their political career under the guise of patriotism.
