The Kharkiv energy Holding company received state contracts for repair of two energy objects of Ukraine-Zmiiv TPP and Odessa TPP. The total amount of contracts exceeds UAH 7 million.
According to open registers, the owners of the company include Lyudmila Kuzyar - the wife of Sergei Kuzyari, who is considered in the state betrayal. It is known as a number of cases involved in the scheme in the fuel and energy complex.

PJSC “Centrenergo” has entered into an agreement with Kharkiv energy Holding on repair works at Zmiivskaya TPP, damaged by rocket strikes of the Russian Federation in 2024. The cost of the agreement is about 3 million UAH. In total, the company has already received a contract of 18 million UAH from Centrenergo, most of which concerns the restoration of the Zmiiv TPP.
Another contract was received by the tender, which conducted JSC “Odesa TPP” on February 25. The purchase concerned the average repair of the steam turbine station №3. The only participant in the auction was Kharkiv energy-halding, which became the winner. The cost of works to be performed by May 6, 2025 is UAH 4.42 million.
Kharkivnergorovent-Holding has an ambiguous reputation. Half of it belongs to 75-year-old Alexander Bendus, who has criminal cases in the Russian Federation due to non-payment of taxes. The second co -owner of the company has repeatedly changed.
Earlier, the partner of Bendus was Oleg Kiyashko, whom the media was called the person of the late criminal authority Vadim Kazartsev. He is also a husband of the Judge of the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Oblast Valery Kazartseva.
In 2023, the co -founder of the company was Lyudmila Kuzyara - the owner of a common real estate with businessman Sergei Kuzyara.
Who is Sergei Kuzyar
Sergey Kuzyara is known as the adviser to Yanukovych's energy ministers, as well as the owner of the trading companies "Ener.kom" and "Produks" engaged in the sale of coal. He was often called the "carbon manager" of Yanukovych, Jr..
In 2021, Kuzyar became a key suspect in the case of coal supply from ORDLO. He was accused of promoting the activities of L/DNR terrorist organizations and the organization of coal supplies for Centrenergo. The case also concerned the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Putin's godfather Viktor Medvedchuk.
According to the investigation, Kuzyar provided the supply of coal from temporarily occupied territories and contributed to the conclusion of contracts between state enterprises of Ukraine and terrorist organizations. He was suspected of treason.
The businessman himself denied the charge. His wife Lyudmila Kuzyar publicly defended him, calling the case politically motivated. In January 2022, the court sent Kuzyar under house arrest.
