"We considered the situation in the Kupyansk, Lymansk, Bakhmutsk, Avdiivsk, Maryinsky, Southern directions, as well as the operations of the Marine Corps," Zelensky noted. The report of Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Defense Industrial Complex Oleksandr Kamyshin on providing the front with everything necessary was also considered.
“Supplies of ammunition, missiles, and other weapons that will be received in the future were discussed. We also drew attention to the possibilities of our own production,” the report says.
In addition, one of the key topics of the meeting was fortification.
"A report by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on the pace of construction of new defense lines was presented. Protection in three lanes 2,000 kilometers long is a significant task, but now the pace of work is satisfactory. We are counting on timely completion," Zelenskyy emphasized.
