Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogilevska shared her weight loss experience and told how she managed to lose excess weight without intensive training in the gym.
In her Telegram channel, the star noted that her method is suitable only for her, and urged people to take a responsible approach to their health and to consult a doctor before using any similar practices.
According to Mogilevskaya, she lost about 25 kilograms thanks to the healing and cleansing of the body according to the method of an Armenian specialist. The key elements were the correct use of oils and bitter herbs. Physical activity was limited to walks, and dancing and other exercises returned to her life only at the last stage, when a significant part of the weight had already been lost.
"I emphasize that this is exclusively my experience! Before using any weight loss methods, be sure to consult your doctor. I did health and body cleansing. The main thing is to drink oils, use bitter herbs and cleanse the body. Of the exercises that I did, only walking. And I took up dancing when I had already lost many kilograms," shared Natalia.
