From now on, Ukrainians can apply for a deferment from mobilization online through the “Reserve+” application. Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced that this new service became available after the latest update of the application.
To use the feature, you must log in to the “Reserve+” application and send a request for a deferral. The system will automatically check whether the user has grounds for granting a deferral, and after a positive decision, the deferral status will be reflected in the electronic military document.
Currently, the following can apply for a deferral:
- People with disabilities who have a disability pension certificate.
- Students, graduate students, and doctoral students continuing their studies.
Umerov also noted that the development of this function was carried out with the participation of the Academy of Electronic Governance within the framework of the DT4UA project, which is supported by the European Union and the Office for Effective Regulation BRDO.
Recall that the open beta testing of this feature began on November 4.
