In wartime, a first aid kit is not just a box of medicines, but an important part of your safety. Life and health may depend on its availability and content. The Ministry of Health of Ukraine advises to select the contents of the first aid kit individually, but everyone should have some products.
Before stocking your first aid kit, be sure to check the expiration date of all medications and replace them if necessary.
Basic supplies that should be in a first aid kit:

2 pairs of rubber gloves

Valve with film for artificial respiration

Tourniquet to stop bleeding

Hemostatic bandage with hemostatic agent

Gauze wipes of various sizes

Non-sterile gauze bandages

A large piece of cloth to secure the limbs

If possible, add to your first aid kit:

Antipyretics (ibuprofen, paracetamol)

Painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs (dexalgin, nimesulide, dicloberl, etc.)

Antihistamines (loratadine, cetirizine)

Medicines for diarrhea and stomach infections (Smecta, Enterosgel, Atoxyl)

Means for normalizing blood pressure (captopril, sublingual captopress)

Regidron or other electrolyte solutions

EpiPen or equivalent (for people at risk of anaphylaxis)

Individual medications for daily administration (insulin, hormones, antiepileptics, etc.)

Personal hygiene products for women
This kit will help you quickly provide assistance to yourself or your loved ones in an emergency. It is also worth learning basic first aid skills.
