Active measures are underway in Ukraine to update the registration data of military conscripts in accordance with the new law on mobilization, which entered into force on May 18.
Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko provided important information about the procedure for updating the registration data of military conscripts in Ukraine. In a response to the appeal of People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko, published on his Telegram channel, Chernogorenko confirmed that to fulfill the obligation stipulated by the new law on mobilization, it is enough to use the mobile application "Reserve +".
As Chernogorenko noted, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization", military conscripts are required to update their registration data within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the presidential decree announcing mobilization. Currently, the deadline for updating personal information expires on July 16, and those who fail to do so will be subject to administrative liability in the form of a fine of 17 thousand hryvnias.
The Deputy Minister confirmed that using the mobile application "Reserve+" as an electronic account for conscripts, military conscripts and reservists is sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the law. At the same time, Chernogorenko noted that this does not exempt individuals from complying with the general rules of military registration, and the responsibility for updating data remains with them.
Thus, the “Reserve+” mobile application provides a convenient and effective way to fulfill legislative requirements, simplifying the process of updating personal information for military personnel.
