Following the trends, the politicians sitting on the Pechersk Hills, having redistributed the information field, after a series of wars and outright raiding attacks, forced both completely public and anonymous bloggers to cooperate. Moreover, after the start of the active phase of the war, it was done for the benefit of politicians by people subordinate to them from the power bloc, almost officially.

Unofficially turned into a weapon of extortion and blackmail for the benefit of third parties, but not without their personal illegal and tax-free benefit.
But the game of anonymous extortionist from a very specific business is over for one of these channels.
The anonymous administrator of the "Joker" Telegram channel, who is associated with the Office of the President, Yermak, Arakhamia and Tymoshenko, was executed, and the anonymous administrator of the "Dark Knight" Telegram channel started a real hunt for him and his female battalion!
However, let's talk about everything in order.
Meet Roman Kravets
Journalists from Forbes were the first to de-anonymize "Joker" and the first to report that his main income is blackmail.
Unlike "Putin's Joker" - Yevhen Prigozhin, the Ukrainian "Joker" was born in the family of an odious politician from Dnipro, a raider from Kolomoisky's FPG - Gennady Korban. Korban, although he became his "godfather" in the big informational game, his biological father is a completely different person - Oleksandr Mykhailovych Kravets, born in 1958, Russian. Originally from Russia, Magadan region, Susuman district, Velikiy Khatinnakh village. Oleksandr Kravets, convicted twice. The first time for rape in 1984 (released early in 1990). The second time for extortion, at the beginning of the 2000s.
The start of Kravets' career begins in 2015. During the historic battle between Poroshenko and Kolomoisky in the 205th electoral district in Chernihiv, where two candidates fought in the parliamentary by-elections:

The powerful woman was both older and stronger than Roma, and even occasionally beat him. What, however, the future "Joker" liked.
Probably, Roma would continue to be a cheap pimp for a rich and influential official, but the elections started in the country and Roma was "mobilized" again.
In 2019, Kravets became friends with the most influential person from the Kolomoiskyi camp - Andrii Bohdan, then just a dear lawyer of influential people. At the same time, Roma started to work for "STRANA.UA" under the leadership of Svitlana Kryukova.
Bohdan was at his peak then. It was believed that he personally managed Volodymyr Zelenskyi and was responsible for the sale of seats on the lists of the Servant of the People party.
After selling the walk-through places, Bohdan finished the last vacant places from the phone book. Roman Kravts, who was invited to the list with number 153, turned out to be one of these spare "Servants". It is clear that Roma did not make it to the Verkhovna Rada. But it was calculated.
After Andrii Bohdan came to power, he quarreled with everyone. Gennadiy Korban and Svitlana Kryukova were no exception.
That's when it was decided to create an anonymous Telegram channel "Joker", and the confidant of Kryukova and Korban - Roman Kravets became its administrator and assistant.
pranks were posted on the channel - they wrote to officials on behalf of other officials, and the correspondence was leaked to the network. This continued until 2021, while Kryukova and Korban controlled the channel.
But Kravets, who had grown up, one fine day "raidered" the channel, becoming its sole owner. Surprisingly, it was from this moment that the channel began to be called the "mouthpiece of the President's Office" or "Yermak's mouthpiece."
On duty near the Office (and not only)
One of the first major sponsors of Roma "Joker" was a people's deputy from Medvedchuk's party and a business partner of Russian oligarch Avdeev, Vadym Stolar .
Roma did not work with him for long, as Vadyk did not become a friend of the Office. No matter how hard he tried.
For the longest time, Roma Kravets worked for the cigarette smuggler Hryhoriy Kozlovskyi. Mochyv Joker for Kozlovsky businessman Artur Granz, owner of Forbes Ukraine magazine.
About a year ago, "Joker" worked for Mykola Tyshchenko, media supporting his raiding attacks on call centers.
Having received protection from his former partners in "Joker", Roma became famous for writing tough posts in defense of the President and Andrii Borisovych. And other "patriotic" pathetic posts justifying all the scandals of the Office and the branches of government controlled by it.

Journalists accuse Deputy Prosecutor General Verbytsky of corruption. "Joker" (for $50,000) posts his excuse.
Do Ukrainians consider signs of manual control by Tatarova and Yermak over some government bodies abnormal?
"Joker" says that the problem lies with these Ukrainians:
“It will be the end of us when Tatarov or Yermak are released. And anti-corruptionists demand it. They reach the end of Ukraine"!
"Joker" also got into a scandal with the Hrynkevichs. Bargaining with Romana Oleksandrovych for a short time, he undertook to exonerate the son of a corrupt official from accusations for $50,000.

Meanwhile, Dana Yarova from the Ministry of Defense declares that Hrynkevich's company supplied quality products at the best prices and there are no grounds for terminating the contracts.
I'm sorry, but what's going on anyway?".
After working off the "poltos" from greedy Lviv residents, "Joker" immediately got involved in the racket of electronics stores: Comfy, Allo, Citrus.
After receiving a retreat, Roma immediately began to scold Nikolov, because he wrote something bad for his Office of the blogger Lachen.
Finished with objectionable bloggers and immediately "Joker" criticizes the management of the Uklon company, which is allegedly going abroad during the great war:
“Listen, is Uklon critical infrastructure? It turns out that the leadership of Uklon quietly leaves Ukraine during the war."
The Uklon "Joker" company attacked particularly hard. He mentioned the taxi service in his posts more than 320 times.
Why? The company reported that "Joker" demanded $200,000 from them to stop endless attacks, but they did not agree to these terms.
The rich life of a talented extortionist
In February 2024, news appeared in the mass media that the Office of the President wanted to subdue all bloggers. "Joker" and Petrov carried out a series of attacks on them.
And then the NBU sent a list of 150 Ukrainian bloggers to the banks for financial monitoring to check.

During the full-scale invasion, Kravets traveled abroad 5 times without any documents. In total, Roma was abroad for more than 2 months.
He left Ukraine for the first time on October 22, 2023, and returned a month later, on November 20. He crossed the border at the Krakow checkpoint in a Mercedes-BenzS 550 car registered to him. Kravets bought this car back in early 2022 from the previous owner for around $50,000.

On May 18, 2024, Kravets went to Saudi Arabia for the fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

In 2024, Roman Kravets bought himself a Lexus LX 600 for $150,000, and in just the last 2 years, the Joker spent more than 8 million hryvnias on the purchase of cars alone.
The owner of the Telegram channel "Joker" lives in an apartment of 100 square meters on the 8th floor of the elite residential complex "Chicago", where the rent costs at least $2,000, and the price of the apartment is $700,000.
In this housing complex, by a strange coincidence, the ex-head of the VP Andriy Bohdan and the founder of the Saga Development company, the developer Andriy Vavrysh have apartments.
A source close to Roman Kravets claims that he is being protected by SBU employees. The service itself did not confirm this information.

" Russian trail " of corruption in "Ukrinmash" can be found by tracing the lines of supplies through the British "laying" Fuerteventura Inter LP , through which Cherednychenko stole at least 2 million dollars. So, its ultimate beneficiary is FSB officer Olena Kulbikova.

Because, according to our insiders in the law enforcement agencies, the GPU and Nalogova received several inquiries regarding the activities of Roman Kravets. The public asks to provide an assessment of the facts published in the mass media, in particular to find out how much tax Roman Kravets paid during his years of work for Korban and Bankova.
And if he sold the "Joker" channel, how much of the received amount was paid in taxes, how many millions of hryvnias were sent to help the Armed Forces?
