Who is eligible for reservation and who is subject to mobilization from 1 February

Martial law and mobilization in Ukraine were extended until May 9, 2025, which means: men who do not have deferral or booked are obliged to stand in the army. At the same time, some categories of citizens may receive reservations from mobilization.

Consider who can count on the reservation, to whom this opportunity is unavailable and what conditions should be fulfilled for armor.

Who can get reservation from mobilization

Despite its martial law, the legislation provides for booking for certain categories of conscripts. These include:

  • Civil servants:
    • Officials of the higher building
    • Heads of regional, district, village, settlement councils
    • Mayors of cities
    • Members of the National Council of Ukraine
    • Heads of state institutions
  • Employees of critical important enterprises:
    • The beneficiaries of such enterprises
    • Fuel and Energy Complex employees (provided that the company is recognized as critical)
    • Techniques of communication and internet providers
  • International Organizations:
    • UN specialty staff
    • Representatives of international organizations
  • Power Structures and Rescuers:

    • Rescuers
    • Police
    • Other civil servants (booked up to 50% of the warehouse)

Who cannot get reservation from mobilization

There are categories of servicemen who are not eligible for reservation, even if they receive an official salary of more than 20 000 UAH. These include:

  • Men who have not updated their military accounting data in the shopping center , "Actions" , "Reserve+"
  • Persons who changed the place of registration but did not report it to the military enlistment office
  • Those who are wanted for failure to appear on the summary or violation of accounting rules
  • Unofficially employed citizens
  • Employees of businesses that do not have the status of critical
  • Employees who, even for official employment, receive a salary of less than 20 000 UAH (exception - state -owned enterprises)

How to decorate your reservation: key conditions

Mobilization reservation is issued by the employer. To do this, the enterprise must meet a number of requirements:

  1. Official employment of employees (this applies to all enterprises).
  2. The status of a critically important enterprise - the enterprise must confirm this status by February 28, 2025.
  3. The minimum wage is UAH 20,000 (does not apply to state -owned enterprises).

If the company loses the status of critically important, then the booking of its employees is canceled and can be mobilized.

What time is the reservation issued

Lawyer Sergey Lankin explained that all armor is currently operating until February 28, 2025 - it is by this time that enterprises must confirm their status critically important. If the status is confirmed, employees can get new bookings.
