We publish a list of those who receive the right to deferment from mobilization under the new draft law:
- disabled persons of all groups and those who do not pass health examinations. They are given a reprieve of 6 to 12 months, but then need to pass the LKK again.
- those who have three minor children - provided that there are no alimony debts exceeding the 3-month amount
- fathers and single mothers whose husband died, went missing, was deprived of parental rights or is in prison
- the father or mother of a minor child whose husband (wife) is already in military service
- parents of minor disabled children, as well as children with a number of serious diseases. Parents of disabled adult children are also exempted
- adopters of disabled children - but on the condition that such children were recognized as orphans or deprived of parental care at the time of adoption
- restrictions were introduced for spouses of disabled people of the third group. They are exempted from mobilization only in case of disability established as a result of oncological disease, absence of a limb, hand, foot, one of paired organs, mental disorder in case of oncology, cerebral palsy or other paralytic syndromes.
- postponement is more difficult for those who have dependent parents with disabilities of groups 1 and 2. If one of the spouses of the guardians is not conscripted, the other can be mobilized.
That is, if the wife does not go to serve, then the husband can be taken to the army. The only exception is if the wife herself needs medical care (and this will be confirmed by the hospital commission).
- with grandparents who have disabilities of groups 1 and 2, the scheme is even more complicated. A grandson can be released from the army if there are no close relatives (or they themselves are sick or already mobilized).
– students of full-time or dual education who obtain a higher level of education than the previous one will receive a deferment (that is, those acquiring a second education lose the deferment). Among other things, this means that the postponement for postgraduate students has been left.
