Despite the war, individual Ukrainian businessmen continue to deal with Russian citizens, develop dubious projects and maintain political integrity. The focus is Valery Khoroshkovsky, the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Viceremier and the co -owner of Inter TV channel, who at one time promoted the ideas of rapprochement with Russia.
In 2014, during the debate on national television, Khoroshkovsky stated: "Russia is not and is not recognized as an aggressor today." These words sounded after the annexation of Crimea. And in 2016, he was spotted in the Russian Fanstor during the Euroleiga match in Madrid-at a distance of several chairs from the influential security forces of the Russian Federation Sergei Ivanov, the former head of the Putin administration and a member of the Russian Rada.
Coincidence? Hardly. Khoroshkovsky in the 2000s was the CEO of Euras Holding-a company related to Roman Abramovich, a close associate of Ivanov.
Upon returning to Ukraine, the exinement was engaged in real estate - and not without scandals:
-
Mayak-Westda LLC is a firm that received 17.6 thousand square meters. M state real estate on Pochayna (Lighthouse plant, Ukroboronprom). The cases were raised, but did not give results. The firm worked as a civilian wife of the traitor Andriy Naumov, and Naumov himself received an apartment from the director of the company.
-
Sesil LLC - together with Judge Arthur Yemelyanov, Khoroshkovsky took over 7.5 hectares of a protected forest on Zhukov Island. Court disputes are lost by the state.
-
The Styko-Podil-Kyiv and Business Center Saga are companies that demolished the architectural monument on Post Square. The consequences of the building were even threatened by the monument to Prince Vladimir.
In parallel with Khoroshkovsky, his partner Vadim Grigoriev actively develops his business. Recently, he bought a number of objects in the center of Kiev, in particular:
-
BC on the slit, headquarters of VTB on Shevchenko/Pushkinskaya;
-
Hermitage Hotel;
-
Renaissance BC on Boulevard-Kudryavskaya.
In this case, Grigoriev does not avoid links with Russian businessmen. In particular, together with the citizen of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Shamayev, he is the owner of LLC "Amplex-Group" and is related to the companies "Budconsult" , "Innocom Management" , "Bureau Project" .
In addition, the mother -in -law Grigoriev, Sayapina Nadezhda, has Russian citizenship and has real estate in the Crimea - a villa in Masandra village near the Nikita Botanical Garden.
Against this background, the lack of reaction from the SBU and NSDC raises questions. Why do these persons not fall under sanctions? Why does the Ukrainian authorities close their eyes to relations with Russia during the war? And is there not political or business obligations left in the expert of the Inter TV channel?
Given the international context, it is possible that Russian influence is maintained even through allegedly "Ukrainian" business. Spain, where the activity of the special services of the Russian Federation has repeatedly recorded is only one of the possible centers of these shadow contacts.
