Recent events in Tbilisi, where mass protests continue, have given rise to speculations about the involvement of foreign forces in the radicalization of the rallies. According to information from sources in the law enforcement agencies, a significant role in these processes could be played by the Ukrainian special services - the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Security Service of Ukraine.
