According to recent reports, all draft deferments in Ukraine will expire on November 9, regardless of when they were issued. This means that even those who received a deferment very recently will have to apply for an extension.
This was stated by the speaker of the Poltava CCC Roman Istomin.
He recalled that the postponement is granted for a maximum of 90 days, in accordance with the presidential decrees on the continuation of mobilization.
"A deferral granted, for example, on August 12, is valid until November 9. Then a new presidential decree on extending the mobilization period will come into force, and men will re-register for the deferral, or it will be extended through the unified state register. But this does not happen automatically - the man must engage in this process himself," Istomin said.
You can submit an application through "Reserve+" or in paper form. Then the person may be summoned to the VLK or provide additional documents.
