Ukraine has summed up the results of the harvest for 2024. In total, farmers harvested 42.8 million tons of grain and 18 million tons of oilseeds, which amounts to over 60 million tons. The leaders in terms of gross harvest were Odessa and Poltava regions, and in terms of yield - Khmelnytskyi region.

According to information as of October 18, 67.3 million tons of new harvest have already been threshed in Ukraine, harvested on an area of 17.7 million hectares.
In terms of gross grain harvest, agricultural producers in the Odessa region are in the lead – 4.3 million tons, Poltava region – 3.8 million tons. In terms of grain yield, farmers in the Khmelnytskyi region are ahead with an indicator of 67.7 centners/year.
It is noted that farmers in 14 regions are harvesting sugar beets.

wheat – 4.9 million hectares (or 100%) were threshed, 22.3 million tons were threshed;
barley - 1.4 million hectares (or 100%) were threshed, 5.5 million tons were threshed;
peas – 212.2 thousand hectares (or 100%) were threshed, 465.3 thousand tons were threshed;
corn – 2.4 million hectares (or 59%) were threshed, 13.2 million tons were threshed;
millet – 84.4 thousand hectares (or 91%) were threshed, 158.9 thousand tons were threshed;
buckwheat – 86.3 thousand hectares (or 97%) were threshed, 124.8 thousand tons were threshed;
sunflower – 4.5 million hectares (or 91%) were threshed, 9.3 million tons of seeds were threshed;
soybeans – 2.3 million hectares (or 88%) were threshed, 5.2 million tons of seeds were threshed;
Rapeseed – 1.3 million hectares (or 100%) were threshed, 3.5 million tons of seeds were threshed.
