At night, the 102 service received a call from a 17-year-old girl who was accidentally left at a gas station by the driver of an international bus. Her personal belongings and documents remained in the vehicle, and the bus itself had already left for Rivne.
Patrol officers quickly went to the scene, took the girl and followed the bus. Thanks to the coordinated work of the crews, the vehicle was found at the Rivne bus station. The passenger confirmed that she was riding on this bus.
The driver explained that he had not noticed the passenger's absence. The patrol officers had a preventive conversation with him, emphasizing the importance of being attentive to passengers and adhering to the rules of responsibility during transportation.
The incident highlights the need for drivers to be more careful when transporting passengers, especially minors, to avoid similar situations in the future.
