the Diya portal has the opportunity to pay for state services, taxes and fees through a state-owned bank. The new partner is Ukrgasbank , which is among the five largest banks in Ukraine by assets.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the integration with Ukrgasbank should speed up transaction processing and make the system even more convenient. Now users will be able to pay through Diya:
- donate to the UNITED24 platform;
- individual entrepreneur taxes;
- fines for traffic violations;
- replacement of driver's license;
- military bonds;
- court fines and fees;
- "Marriage Online" service.
However, due to the restoration of the Ministry of Justice's registers after a large-scale Russian cyberattack, the latter service is temporarily unavailable.
To use the service, Ukrgasbank clients must:
- Register in Actions by clicking on the BankID icon.
- Select Ukrgasbank from the list.
- Confirm your login to the bank application and consent to the processing of personal data.
- Return to Action to create a login code (or set up FaceID).
Payments can be made with both Ukrainian and foreign cards, except for cards from the Russian Federation and Belarus.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to improve the platform, making government services more accessible. Thanks to cooperation with Ukrgasbank, Ukrainians will be able to pay for even complex financial transactions in a few clicks.
The online payment of fines function has been available in Diya for a long time. Now this option will become even faster and more convenient. We are waiting for the full restoration of the "Marriage Online" functionality to complete the digitalization of services.
The digital revolution in Ukraine continues, and the partnership with Ukrgasbank is another step on this path.
