In Kyiv, a construction worker robbed a colleague over claims about work distribution

An incident occurred at a construction site in the capital: a 19-year-old young worker robbed his 54-year-old colleague, taking his wallet with money. The attacker explained his act by saying that, in his opinion, he worked harder than the victim. This was reported by the Kyiv police.

According to law enforcement, the 54-year-old victim and his 19-year-old partner were working at a construction site in the capital. After finishing work, the young man decided that he had worked harder than his colleague, so he decided to take his earnings for himself. The guy waited until the man left the construction site, caught up with him and snatched the wallet with money and documents from his hands, after which he fled in an unknown direction.

The officers quickly located the suspect and detained him. Law enforcement officers seized the victim's wallet with money and documents from the attacker.

A 19-year-old Kyiv resident was charged under Part 4 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to ten years in prison.
