Yellow danger level: what does it mean?
Yellow level is a warning of potentially dangerous weather phenomena. In such conditions, local disruptions in the operation of transport, power grids and public utilities are possible. The weather can pose a threat to the health of people outdoors, as well as to infrastructure facilities.
If the danger level moves to orange, the situation may worsen - with heavy rain, strong gusts, the risk of flooding and transport collapse.
