In the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, on the Day of Mourning declared after another massive missile strike on Ukraine, a loud party was held, which was stopped by the police with a storm. According to law enforcement officers, the owners of the establishment did not respond to demands to open the door, so the police had to break down the entrance.
As a result of the raid, more than 30 people were detained. As the police noted, information about the party was discovered during monitoring of social networks: the video recorded an entertainment event that was held in a nightclub in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
Although the format of the event is not officially specified, a number of posts on social media indicate that the club was hosting a gay party. However, the police did not emphasize this.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - “Hooliganism”. Administrative protocols have also been drawn up against the violators.
The investigation is currently ongoing. Law enforcement officers are checking the organizers of the event for possible other violations, including those related to the institution's operation during the mourning period and at night.
The day of mourning was declared due to a rocket attack that resulted in numerous civilian casualties, particularly in Kyiv.
