A high-profile incident occurred in the capital involving an officer of the Security Service of Ukraine, who hit a 15-year-old teenager at a pedestrian crossing. This was reported by People's Deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky, who is currently in the Kyiv pre-trial detention center.
He posted a video of an incident in which a black SUV at high speed hits a teenager crossing the road at a zebra crossing.
According to Dubinsky, the driver was an SBU officer, Artur Herchak, who has already been taken into custody. The People's Deputy publishes photos of his detention and states that 1.44 ppm of alcohol was found in his blood (with a norm of 0.3).
“Herchak Artur Mykolayovych, born in 1988. An employee of Department D of the SBU, responsible for the destruction of the UOC. The day before yesterday, at 3:22 p.m., he hit a 13-year-old boy at a pedestrian crossing while intoxicated (1.4 ppm). The child is in critical condition. Now Malyuk and the head of Herchak Yegor Klymuk are trying to cover up this scandal.”
