In Kyiv, unknown individuals set fire to a Ukrposhta branch, as reported by writer Andriy Kokotyukha on his Facebook page. According to Kokotyukha, these arsons may be an act of revenge for the delivery of summonses from territorial collection centers (TCK).
In his post, the writer noted that Ukrposhta could become a new target for arson attacks, following the cars of military personnel. The outer doors of the branches are simply poured with fuel oil and set on fire.
"We set fire to a Ukrposhta branch. They poured fuel oil on the door and lit it. At the same time, another branch in the district was also on fire. The post office told me that it was because the post office carries summonses from the CCC. I don't know how the postmen found out about it. Maybe there was some kind of warning. Maybe it's one of the versions. But as long as the post office didn't carry summonses, there really were no arsons," Kokotyukha wrote.
He also recalled that in Ukraine, cars of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being set on fire, noting that any rear city is now "conditional" because Russian drones fly overhead and Russian agents work on the streets.
This situation is of serious concern to society, as such acts of vandalism may indicate growing tensions and violence in the rear, where civilians are becoming victims of political and social conflicts.
