In Kremenchuk, a man was convicted of forging State Emergency Service documents and obstructing the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk approved a plea agreement in the case of forgery of documents and obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The verdict was passed on August 26, 2025, reports "Court Reporter".

According to the investigation, in June 2025, the accused offered a citizen to purchase an ID card of a SES employee of Ukraine, which would allow him to deceive employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers and evade mobilization. The client was supposed to take a photo in the military uniform of a SES employee with the rank of officer. He handed these photos over to the accused, who made the ID card for 15 thousand hryvnias.

The accused produced the certificates at the kiosk, using his own computer and a color printer. In addition, he printed six more blank SES certificates, which remained blank. During the search, two pension certificates in the names of other persons, three forms of passes of the Kremenchuk District Military Administration for movement during curfew, as well as 19 forms of Certificates of State Verification of a Tank Truck Calibrated by the State Enterprise "Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Scientific and Technical Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification" were also seized from him.

The parties entered into a plea agreement: the man was sentenced to five years in prison, with one year of probation. The computer and printer used in the crime were forfeited to the state.
