In the Kyiv region, raiders seized 1,500 hectares of agricultural land

While Ukraine is waging a war for independence, multi-level corruption schemes are being implemented deep in the rear. One of the most high-profile was the story surrounding PJSC "OBUKHIVSKE" - an agricultural enterprise in the Kyiv region, which became the victim of a raider attack by a group associated with businessmen Oleksandr and Taras Moiseenko.

The seizure of land, according to sources, took place through the controlled company ROZA-L LLC. The main figure on the side of the local authorities was the mayor of Obukhovo, Larisa Ilienko, whose assistance, according to reports, ensured the adoption of fictitious decisions by the city council. This involved manipulations with cadastral numbers, changing the purpose of the land, and approving technical documentation. For this, deputies and officials received remuneration in the form of funds or land assets.

As a result, the necessary court decisions began to be made in favor of the raiders — against the backdrop of artificially initiated proceedings. This allowed them to seize already sown fields, destroy crops, and effectively establish full control over more than 1,500 hectares of agricultural land.

The fact that the sowing campaign on these lands had already been carried out by PJSC "Obukhovske" seems especially cynical. However, the raiders, having in their hands a court decision of dubious origin, seized the fields and began destroying crops. The estimated direct losses are over half a million hryvnias, but experts predict that the total damage could exceed 30 million.

The financial circuit of the scheme operates in parallel. Multimillion-dollar sums pass through the accounts of LLC "ROZA-L" in several banks without proper financial monitoring. Bank employees ignore the requirements of the law and do not block suspicious transactions.

All this is happening with the complete inaction of state and regulatory bodies, which, despite obvious signs of organized crime, do not intervene in the situation.

The case of PJSC "Obukhovske" is not an exception, but just one of the episodes of a deeply rooted system of raiding that continues to operate even during war, hiding behind the tacit consent of those who should be standing guard over the law.
