In Yavoriv, Lviv region, a CCC employee was attacked while accompanying a conscript to a medical examination. The man was hit on the head with a heavy object, resulting in him being hospitalized.
The incident was reported on June 17 via the Facebook page of the Lviv Regional CCC and SP. It is noted that the serviceman was performing his duties when he was hit in the head. As a result, he received a closed head injury and was hospitalized.
The department noted that the serviceman joined the CCC and the Joint Service of the city of Yavoriv after being at the front, where he was wounded. He has shrapnel wounds of soft tissues, a thermal burn of the face and acubarotraumatic damage to both ears. This happened in the Mykolaiv region at the end of March 2022.
The Lviv CCC emphasized that in this way "the man was thanked by those he protected at the front," and appealed to all Ukrainian citizens liable for military service with an appeal to "do not dare raise a hand against our heroes.".
After the new law on mobilization came into force in Ukraine, the number of cases of forced mobilization has increased significantly. Videos of such incidents, when men are literally loaded into cars, have flooded social networks. However, there is another side, when CCC employees are attacked by conscripts.
For example, on June 1, a civilian and a military man fought in the city of Chernivtsi. The CCK and the SP stated that the military man struck back in self-defense. The fact of the fight is under investigation and all the details of the incident are being established. The police were at the scene of the conflict.
And on June 6, a man attacked employees of the Trade Center in Kyiv. Eyewitnesses posted a video of the fight online. The department called the man a "war criminal" and claimed that he independently approached the employees with the aim of provocation. The attacker was detained by the police and it turned out that he is a former serviceman who left the military unit in April 2023. So, the case will be investigated by the State Bureau of Investigation.
Another incident occurred on May 18 in Synelnykovo, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. While handing out summonses, a conflict arose between a military officer and a civilian. The man grabbed a knife and attacked a representative of the CCC. As a result of the incident, he was injured in the hand.
