In Lviv, police have prosecuted two 20-year-old city residents who threw stun grenades from the window of a multi-story building on the night of August 16. This was reported by the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region.
According to police, at around midnight, a report of explosions was received on Trolleybusna Street in Lviv. Upon arrival at the scene, police officers found that two young men, who were intoxicated, were throwing five imitation grenades intended for use in airsoft from the window of a sixth-floor apartment.
Both young men were detained and administrative reports were drawn up for petty hooliganism. Police are currently conducting further investigations to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
Law enforcement officers urge citizens to obey the laws and not take actions that could cause panic or endanger others.
