In Mukachevo, there was a resonance around the story of local resident Anatoly Ryabinin, who, according to journalist Vitaliy Glagola, has been held in a territorial recruitment center for the ninth day despite having documents confirming his status as the sole guardian of his disabled mother.
According to available information, the man was being transported between various territorial recruitment centers and military units during this time. Ryabinin himself claims that he was threatened with declaring an unauthorized abandonment of the unit.
At the same time, the man has a decision of the Mukachevo City District Court dated November 7, 2023. The document establishes the fact that he is the only person who provides constant care for his mother, Maria Ryabinina.
The family also has a conclusion from a medical and social expert commission, according to which the woman has a group II disability and requires constant external care.
Despite the presence of these documents, according to the journalist, the man has been in the system of territorial recruitment centers for the ninth day.
The situation is currently being considered by a court in Mukachevo. People supporting the man and his family also came to the courthouse.
The man's mother released a video appeal to the court, asking it to look into the situation. In particular, the appeal is addressed to Judge Kaminsky, who is considering this case.
