In Odessa, CCC employees were detained for extorting $6,000 from a mobilized person

The prosecutor's office confirmed the detention of three employees of the district territorial recruitment center (TCK) and a "representative of a public organization" who are suspected of extorting money from a mobilized man.

According to the investigation, the suspects transported the detainee around the city in a minibus and demanded $6,000 from him for release from forced mobilization.

Currently, all those involved have been detained, law enforcement officers are conducting a pre-trial investigation, establishing all the circumstances of the case, and checking the possible involvement of other individuals in illegal activities.

This case highlights the problems of corruption and abuse of office in the mobilization and military accounting system.
