According to our sources, starting in April, mobilization measures will be significantly intensified, which will include increasing "mobilization plans" in some regions and involving civilians in their implementation.
Also, according to the source, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov is lobbying for the blocking of bank accounts of those wanted, the listing of their cars, and the deprivation of their driver's licenses.
“Since April, mobilization measures have been intensified again. Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv - mobilization plans have been reduced by 25 percent, for the remaining regions, plans have been increased by 10–20 percent.
In addition, in April-May, the "Vinnytsia experience" of involving civilian structures in mobilization will be implemented everywhere, which means that the CCC in cities will actually gain access to the entrances of apartment buildings and enterprises.
The number of mobile groups in cities has already doubled due to the involvement of representatives of private security structures, including informal ones or representatives of crime from fighting sports clubs.
Regarding those liable for military service and those “with a deferment without reservation,” their “deferments” can be checked and canceled. So far, such facts are isolated, but they could become widespread.
At the same time, Mykhailo Fedorov insists on blocking the accounts of those who are wanted, putting their cars on the wanted list, and depriving them of their driver's licenses, but such coercive measures are currently being blocked from above as extremely "radical and unpopular," the source notes.
Recall that earlier, Fedir Venislavsky, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, and MP from the Servant of the People party, said that the approach to mobilization will be changed in Kyiv and other large cities. According to Venislavsky, the Ministry of Defense is already working on proposals that should reduce conflicts during mobilization and remove accusations of human rights violations by the CCK.
