In Khmelnytskyi, a man undergoing a military medical examination at the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCS) jumped out of a second-floor window in an attempt to escape. The incident occurred on May 7 and immediately caused a stir on social media, where a video of the incident appeared.
According to the regional CCC, the man was in the building after passing the VLK and was waiting for its decision. While in the institution, he suddenly jumped from the second-floor window. The victim was promptly provided with medical assistance and hospitalized.
The CCC emphasized that no physical or psychological violence was used against the conscript. The institution also emphasized that no administrative procedure is a basis for such radical actions.
