It is alleged that military commissars forcibly “threw” a woman out of the Tercentenary Center in Dunaivtsi. She came to find out why the TCK was not releasing a boy who was being cared for by his mother, who could not walk, even though there were documents confirming this.
A video has been published showing people gathered near the CCC building, and the victim lying on a stretcher, holding her head. Doctors and police are nearby. It is alleged that she was forcibly taken out of the building, having previously taken her phone, “and her head was thrown against the asphalt.”.
The Khmelnytskyi regional military registration and enlistment office called what happened a “provocation” by a local public organization.
"One of the women committed a shameful act of hooliganism and refused to leave the premises, did not respond to the demands of the police," the military enlistment office said in a statement.
The CCC did not specify what exactly she did, but stated that they did not violate the law when expelling the woman. The military commissariats claim that she later refused medical assistance.
