In the Lviv region, an attack took place on a criminal authority known under the pseudonym "Dzhonik", who was shot dead in the middle of a street in Sokilnyky.
The incident occurred around 11:00 a.m. local time, according to social media.

He is known as the local crime boss Johnny Balog. He is Georgian by nationality, but has Ukrainian citizenship.

As is known, he was shot while driving a car. The driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. There is also a version that the authority died as a result of the attack.
The police have already announced an interception plan and are searching for the attacker. The motives for the attack are currently unknown, but it is likely to be related to Johnny Balogh's criminal record.
