From the first days of July 2025, the Earth will again be affected by magnetic storms. According to preliminary forecasts of scientists, geomagnetic activity will be increased both at the beginning and in the middle of the month. Doctors warn: people with increased meteosensitivity should be especially attentive to their well-being.
The most powerful storms are expected during the periods of July 1–3, 5–6, 11–12, and 16–18. On some days, full-fledged magnetic storms of the G1–G2 level are possible, which will affect not only communications and technology, but also health.
A magnetic storm occurs as a result of powerful solar flares, during which charged particles are ejected into space. When they enter the Earth's atmosphere, they disrupt its magnetic field, which can affect the human body. This includes changes in biorhythms, sleep disturbances, fluctuations in blood pressure, headaches, and even exacerbation of chronic diseases.
Storms most severely affect the elderly, pregnant women, children, and those with cardiovascular or neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
During such periods, doctors advise getting more rest, maintaining a sleep schedule, avoiding overload, eating light meals, and not abusing coffee and alcohol. It is also important to spend more time outdoors, avoid conflicts, and monitor your well-being.
If you experience severe fatigue, nausea, or pressure, it is worth taking a break and consulting a doctor, especially if you have chronic diseases. It is impossible to completely protect yourself from storms, but it is quite possible to reduce their impact.
