In Ukraine, conscripts who violate military registration rules can receive a fine from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). After the decision is made, the person has only 10 days to pay it or appeal it in court. If this is not done, the fine will automatically double.
Lawyer Vladislav Derii said this, commenting on the appeal of a man who received a fine from the CCC and wanted to clarify the terms of its payment.
According to the lawyer, after the 10-day period expires without payment or appeal, the CCC will transfer the resolution to the state enforcement service.
“ If you do not appeal it or pay the fine, the CCC will contact the state bailiff, who will double the fine and block the accounts ,” explained Derii.
In addition, in case of evasion of payment and execution of the decision, the fined person may be put on the wanted list. If he is detained by the alert group, the man will be taken to the CCC.
