In the updated version of the "Reserve+" application, the Ministry of Defense has introduced automatic extension of deferments from mobilization. This should relieve unnecessary burden on citizens and reduce queues at territorial recruitment and social support centers.
This was announced during a telethon on August 27 by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Oksana Ferchuk. She emphasized that from now on, users will not have to resubmit applications each time — the system will independently check the relevance of data in state registers and extend deferrals automatically.
Who will be affected by the changes?
The automatic renewal mechanism will only apply to those citizens who apply for documents through "Reserve+". For those who do not use digital services, there is still the option to contact the CCC in person. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that they will gradually try to minimize the flow of visitors without online registration.
What deferrals are available?
In "Rezerv+" you can apply for seven different types of deferrals, as well as set up their automatic extension. According to lawyer Darya Tarasenko, the application checks citizens' data in state registers to confirm the grounds for the deferral.
Special conditions for educators
Special attention is paid to education and science workers. To receive a deferral, you must have a confirmed primary place of work in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education, a salary of at least 0.75, and belong to a personnel group that ensures the educational process in higher, pre-higher professional or vocational education.
If the deferral is not reflected in the application despite meeting all conditions, the Ministry of Defense advises first of all to check the correctness of the data through the employer.
Thus, "Reserve+" becomes the main tool for processing and extending deferrals, gradually replacing paper procedures with a more convenient and transparent digital service.
