The number of cases of violations of the Civil Code against civilians is increasing in Ukraine

The Ukrainian judicial system has seen an increase in the number of cases related to violations of the CCC against civilians. According to sources, these cases concern various aspects of the violations, such as illegal conscription or unlawful actions against persons not subject to mobilization.

Now almost every "kidnapped" man goes to court.

Bankova gave instructions to slow down all these cases to avoid collapse.

It is also known that class action lawsuits are being prepared, which will be public and will claim millions of hryvnias from the state. This will negatively affect Zelensky's image. That is why they want to disband the CCC and rename it to some other office, but in essence everything remains the same.
