Dense fog is expected in a number of regions in Ukraine today, which has led to the announcement of level 1 (yellow) danger. Ukrainian weather forecasters report this.
This was reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.
According to meteorologists, moderate rains are expected in the western regions, and wet snow in the Carpathians. Precipitation is unlikely in the rest of Ukraine. Fog is possible in many regions at night and in the morning.
Wind on the Left Bank of Ukraine - southern quarter, in the rest of the regions - variable directions, 3 - 8 m/s. The air temperature at night will range from +1 to +7 °C, during the day - from +6 to +11 °C, and in the south and in Crimea warming to +12...+17 °C is possible. In the western regions it will be cooler - from +2 to +7 °C.
According to weather forecasters, a yellow level of danger due to dense fog has been declared in:
- Vinnytsia region
- Cherkasy region
- Kirovohrad region
- Poltava region
- Odessa region
- Mykolaiv region
The warning will be in effect throughout the night and morning of January 30. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to be careful as limited visibility may lead to road complications.
Recall that forecasters predict that February in Ukraine in 2025 will be warmer than average, and there will be less precipitation than usual.
