In the northern regions, it will also remain cloudy, with sunny clearings possible in places. The air temperature during the day will be from minus 2 to plus 1 degrees.
In the east of the country, there will be light snow in places. The daytime temperature will range from minus 3 to plus 1 degrees, depending on the region.
In the central part of Ukraine, cloudy weather is expected on January 4. The sky will be overcast, with light sleet possible in places. The daytime temperature will be from minus 1 to plus 2 degrees.
The warmest weather in the country is forecast for southern Ukraine. Rain and high humidity are expected here, and daytime temperatures will reach plus 2–7 degrees. In Crimea, forecasters predict temperatures of up to 10 degrees.
