On August 1, an incident occurred in Vinnytsia with a mass infiltration into the territory of the Lokomotiv stadium at 13 Volodymyr Vynnychenko Street, where those mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and units of the Vinnytsia City CCC and SP were located.
According to law enforcement sources, at around 10:40 p.m., a group of approximately 20 people damaged the gate and entered the facility. At that time, conscripts and personnel from the territorial center were inside.
The very next day, August 2, the investigative department of the Vinnytsia District Police Department opened a criminal case under Article 341 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — “seizure of state or public buildings.” The investigation established that about 70 people participated in the incident: 33 men under 25 years old, 12 over 30 years old, and 25 women.
Law enforcement officers identified the active participants who resisted the police, damaged the gates, and blocked the passage of official vehicles. The suspects are residents of Vinnytsia:

They were detained on August 2 under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
73 law enforcement officers were involved to stabilize the situation:

16 RPOP fighters,

14 — from the runway maintenance,

8 — with UPP,

32 — from Vinnytsia District Administration,

3 — from the police dialogue unit.
The police acted in a coordinated manner, there were no casualties among the personnel. As of noon on August 2, the situation near the city's CCC remained calm, no unauthorized persons were identified. Investigative actions are ongoing.
