In the capital again a flash around the driver's license system. This time - the main role in the scheme in the instructor of the driving school, who "helped" the students to pass the exam. But not for free.
As the investigation was established, the instructor himself was looking for customers - those who had difficulties with exams. And instead of additional classes he offered a shorter way: a positive assessment at the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. For the reward, of course.
The price of the question is 14 thousand hryvnias. It was so much that the candidate in the driver had to pay to "negotiate" through the instructor with the employees of the service center.
Law enforcement officers have already informed the person being suspected under Part 3 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-"Abuse of influence". Simply put - he took the money not for the service, but for the promise to influence the decision of a civil servant.
Now the investigators work further - they are looking for who from the officials of the service center could be "in touch" with the instructor. It is possible that the case will grow to a full corruption network.
The procedural leadership is carried out by the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office. The investigation is ongoing.
