Another case of corruption was exposed in Kyiv while passing the exams for driving license. This time, the instructor of the Onega driving school Bohdan Rayev, whom the court found guilty of abuse of influence on the employees of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 8041.
According to the investigation, in March this year, Rayev suggested that his student "help" with the receipt of the driver's license "B" - for 14 thousand hryvnias. He assured that it guarantees the successful passing of the practical exam, regardless of the real level of training of the student.
On April 9, in the territory of the same service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where by January he was headed by a well -known person involved in corruption schemes Rudyk, the instructor received the specified amount. On the same day he was detained by law enforcement.
During the investigation, Rayev pleaded guilty and concluded an agreement with the prosecutor of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office. He also provided the investigation with information about the possible involvement of others in such schemes. However, no information about the accomplices has been officially published.
The court approved the agreement and imposed a penalty of 51 thousand hryvnias in the form of a fine of UAH 51 thousand. Despite the fact that the instructor actively promoted the investigation, the question of the responsibility of others in the structure of the service center remains open.
