This led to the indignation of sportsmen, deputies, the city administration and residents of the district. Butusov responded to my invitation and personally supported public activists and the sports community, which protected the Druzhby Narodov Park from the self-indulgence of gangs, and cleaned up garbage in the park with other activists with their own hands. At the end, all the deputies, activists and administration of the district and the city took a photo," said Zozulya.

There is no activist Bondarenko in the photo, but believe me, the story cannot do without him.

This photo is from 2021. It features our hero, Butusov again, Zozulya and Yulia Tsepun, the professional widow of a hero of Ukraine who died on the Maidan, signed :

"Yesterday, Yuriy Zozulya, the founder of the capital's Extreme Park "X-Park", gave a short tour of the locations of the Muromets park to those interested in creating a sports rehabilitation recreation center for families of military personnel and veterans.

That is, It turns out that Zozulya deceived everyone, saying that in 2013 he was just "clearing the desk of garbage and spills."

It turned out that Zozulya under the roof of "Lichi" and Klitschko, and with the assistance of Butusov, seized the territory where, under the good pretext of "rehabilitation of veterans", he actually built a very profitable and not at all cheap Extreme Park "X-Park"!

"X-Park"

The history of "X-Park", a series of abuses that are impossible without Klitschko's roof, was described in sufficient detail by Kyiv activist Annabella Morina, formerly Anna Goncharenko " X-Park and walled-up Chortoriy ":

7 years ago, the administration suddenly decided to build a sports park on the territory of Muromets island. Even more unexpectedly, the competition was won by the company Innovative Sports Park LLC , one of the co-founders of the company is Yuriy Zozulya, the head of the Wakeboarding and Water Skiing Federation of Ukraine and the adviser on information technology and mass events to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychka.

The second co-founder is the deputy general director for capital construction and investments of JSC Kyivvodokanal, whose son Vladyslav Lysyuk is the director of the company.

Here is the investment agreement "for the construction of a sports park" dated October 30, 2015, signed between the "Innovative Sports Park" LLC and the Department of Culture and the Department of Economy and Investments of the KMDA, as well as 5 additional agreements to it, signed from 2016 to the beginning of 2021 .

The terms of this investment contract were not favorable for the city. Zozulya received 14.5 hectares of the best land in Kyiv from the Department of Culture of the KMDA: an island, a river, a public transport stop and a car entrance nearby.

By 2021, the area of ​​the site of the future sports park has increased to 28 hectares. The number of investments also increased - almost to 149 million hryvnias.

The investment agreement is very interesting, if only because it did not provide for rent as such at all! Klitschko's associate - Zozulya did not even pay land tax!

This was done for him by the Department of Culture of the KMDA, which transfers about 100,000 hryvnias every year for the use of these lands.

Zozula was charged with organizing sports events with the participation of art groups from the KMDA and paying them 102,000 hryvnias per year.

In terms of a month, this amount is 8.5 thousand hryvnias, which is cheaper than a monthly pass for wakeboarding in X-Park of 10.5 thousand hryvnias, and is almost equal to the daily cost of renting a "warm gazebo" on the territory of the park on weekends !!!

According to sources in the Department of Land Resources of the KMDA, in 2020 Zozulya rented 3 more plots on the island and paid 9.3 million hryvnias for them.

If he paid on the same preferential terms and 28 hectares of "donated" land, the budget of Kyiv would receive an additional 136 million hryvnias every year.

But Kyiv does not need the money, especially since it has already been stolen by Klitschko:

Today, as part of the criminal proceedings regarding the illegal development of recreational land on the island of Muromets (X-Park), there is still some uncertain investigation , but this is another story.

Presumably, in 2016, Yaroslav Bondarenko, who portrays himself as a veteran of the ATO, met Yulia Tsepun, a professional widow and one of the prominent representatives of the Klitschko/Poroshenko assets. Julia liked the boy. The fact that he had a wife and a child did not confuse her either.

The talented girl Yulia quickly turned her husband's heroic death into a very profitable business.

By lobbying for Klitschko's interests, she was able to earn access to many corruption projects through her loyalty, including "X-Park".

We will not claim that we know, but for faithful service, Klitschko gave Yuli the keys to two apartments in Feofania.

Even by the most modest standards, it is a gentleman's gift.

There she also dragged her lover, who, despite the acquaintance, was not allowed to spray before.

Having entered the "family", or better, of course, to say the Klitschko mafia, Bondarenko engaged in PR of the park and promotion of its supposedly charitable purpose.

“X-Park opened for me sometime in 2012 as a place for active recreation. I met the founder of the capital's extreme park "X-Park" Yury Zozulay during the Revolution of Dignity. And since 2017, we and a group of volunteers together with X-Park have started volunteer projects for the rehabilitation of our Defenders and their families.

X-Park provided us with all the locations free of charge, so that every Defender with his family could do sports, rehabilitate and mentally rest.

A year ago, BF "New Renaissance of Ukraine", NGO Family of Nebesnaya Sotna and X-Park signed a memorandum on the creation of a military innovation and rehabilitation center "Baza 4.5.0" on the territory of Muromets Park, which has no analogues in Ukraine.

Klitschko and Zozuli were very impressed with the idea. How was it necessary to justify the open robbing of Kyivans, and indeed it was necessary to cover up one's profitable, in fact, criminal activity. Because all the money earned on the extremes went straight into the pockets of Klitschko's mafia.

You can find lots of pictures of what is supposed to be about the work of a veterans rehabilitation center, but in fact the same people are there. Club of friends of Bondarenko, Zozuli and Tsepun.

Of course, it is disgusting and vile to profit from the grief and tragedy of real veterans and patriots of Ukraine. But who, if not Bondarenko and Tsepun, could not sneeze at this? For the sake of the money that Klitschko and Zozuley allocate to them, they are ready to mix anyone with dirt!

How Bondarenko lashed out at Morina in articles on his websites and pages of social networks, after she tore off the mask of piety from Yuriy Zozuli and his gang!

As we wrote above, Yulia Tsepun did not find Yaroslav Bondarenko on the street. At the time of their meeting and very close acquaintance, he was married to Tetyana Viktorivna Bondarenko, born in 1987. With whom Yaroslav has a daughter, Sofia, born in 2012, who currently lives with her father at Yulia Tsepun.

This is not Bondarenko's first marriage with Tatyana. Previously, he was already married to Romanova Victoria Vyacheslavivna, born in 1984. With whom he divorced in 2008.

As for Tatyana, he divorced her only in 2019. That is, he already lived with Tsepun for a long time, but he got a divorce much later.

Because despite cohabiting with Yulia Tsepun, Bondarenko most likely kept all his money with Tetiana, who, for absolutely incredible reasons, has 143 real estate objects registered, most of which are located in the occupied territory!!

Yaroslav Bondarenko, like Tetyana Bondarenko, no longer live in Ukraine. And the objects belonging to Tatiana are slowly being sold.

At the same time, whose account the money goes to - you can only guess.

And what about Poroshenko?

What connects Poroshenko, Medvedchuk and Klitschko? The same political scientists, finances, slogans, people.

Klitschko, Medvedchuk and Poroshenko always use the services of professional patriots, nationalists, widows, traitors. Therefore, they were very happy to have such a valuable staff as Yaroslav Bondarenko, who is ready to do anything for the sake of an extra hundred dollars.

Moreover, he did not come to the Poroshenko family alone, but on the recommendation of a very valuable member of the team - Yulia Tsepun.

It is obvious that the sponsor was Poroshenko, because from these domains Bondarenko was only engaged in throwing mud at Zelenskyi in vile and disgusting expressions.

The main hit of Bondarenko's work was shouts in the direction of Zelensky in 2021.

This is how he himself described his feat:

Bondarenko's main income was blackmail and extortion, which was taught to him by his curator from Poroshenko, the professional swindler Ihor Mizrah.

But he became famous not because he took huge money from the victims of his blackmail, but because if he removed one position somewhere, he immediately appeared on another of his resources.
