In Odessa, there is an exacerbation of a conflict around several residential complexes, which are associated with the developer Alexander Seleznyov - a trusted person of the shadow businessman Vladimir Galantnik. The situation is again outrage among investors who cannot receive the promised apartments, despite many years of expectations.
LCD "Space in Tula" was to be submitted in 2021. However, construction actually began only at the end of 2023. The new term of delivery - December 1, 2024 - also looks like a fiction: the facade was done, but the work was stopped again. On the construction site - silence.
Another story is the WC "Uut". Of the six sections, only three were handed over. The rest is 90% readiness, but without prospects for commissioning. Sales are not conducted. All these are signs of a typical developer pyramid, when the money of new depositors goes not to build new queues, but to close debts to the previous ones.
However, the main problem is not only in construction. All roads lead to political and criminal "roofs". Oleksandr Seleznyov is closely linked to Vladimir Galantnik - the Odessa shadow oligarch, well -known large -scale schemes for money laundering, seizure of land and influence on municipal power.
But even more interesting - the connections of Galanternik with the People's Deputy Fyodor Khristenko. According to operational information, Khristenko is not just a mediator for Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, but also an active agent of Kremlin influence. His name came into investigations into the appointment of Timur Skomarov to the head of Bab - a structure that should fight economic crimes, but instead can be controlled from the inside.
Earlier, we have already published materials about the Skymall shopping mall, which Galantnik and Khristenko owned. Due to this structure, according to sources, there were multimillion -dollar flows of dubious origin, some of which were legalized abroad.
Today, investors of the LCD "Space" and "Uut" remain with unfinished, and state structures are silent. No reaction from the Odessa city authorities or by law enforcement. The case is expected to be interested in DBR and Beb - if, of course, there will be no attempt to "solve" everything in old style because of dating in anti -corruption bodies.
Against the background of a full -scale war and economic instability, these stories are more than regular construction scams. They demonstrate, as in the center of a country protected from the occupier, schemes, where personal interests, corruption and influence of foreign intelligence services are intertwined.
