For two years, the Irpen Deputy Oleksandr Pikulyk has not borne any responsibility for the incident that happened in one of the restaurants in Irpen, when he, being in an inebriated state, arranged to shoot a prize weapon. Despite the promises of officials at various levels that Pikulyk would be declared a prize weapon, a deputy's mandate and brought to justice, the case was never completed, and he still remains in office.
The editors learned about this from their own sources.
Two years ago, while drinking in a restaurant, Pikulyk almost killed the administrator of the establishment while flaunting his award weapon. The bullet flew near the girl's temple. The shooting could have ended fatally.
The situation caused indignation among the military, who soon after the incident arrived at the session of the city council and demanded that the odious deputy be brought to justice. The soldiers were assured that the law enforcement officers would deal with this situation, and Pikulyk would be deprived not only of his award weapon, but also of his parliamentary mandate. But in 2 years, Pikulyk was never brought to justice, and the law enforcement officers are inactive, which contributes to the deputy's impunity.
Irpen's soldiers want to know who and for what awarded the odious MP Pikulyk with a weapon, why was he not punished? The question remains open, first of all to the law enforcement officers, who cover not only such acts of the deputy, but also with the help of criminal cases pursue people who fight against Pikulyk's illegal actions.
Numerous illegal actions of the deputy, which remain unpunished, undermine the authority of law enforcement agencies.
Reference: Oleksandr Pikulyk is a member of the Irpin City Council. He heads the commission on land relations, forest and nature protection issues. According to his colleagues, Pikulyk is not a frequent "guest" at meetings.
In the mass media, he is accused of illegal construction and lobbying the interests of various developers in the local council. Pikulik was also repeatedly detained by the police.
In particular, in autumn, law enforcement officers stopped a black Range Rover driven by Pikulyk in a state of heavy alcohol intoxication. He not only resisted the police, but also threatened with a prize weapon. In order to appease the deputy, three police crews went to the scene at once. However, in the future he managed to avoid responsibility.
Also, because of Pikulyk's arbitrariness, hundreds of Irpin citizens were left without housing and money. In particular, it is about the situation around the "Central Premium" residential complex. Deputy Pikulyk forged a power of attorney from a Polish notary and took over Irpin Center Park LLC. The investigation has direct and indisputable evidence in the form of a certificate from a Polish notary that he did not issue a power of attorney with the help of which the raid was carried out and noted that this power of attorney does not exist in the Polish registry.
But the investigation is being delayed in order to cover up the crime of MP Pikulyk! All those who try to prevent the illegal actions of deputy Pikulyk are subject to criminal prosecution by law enforcement agencies!
