The parliamentary committee continued its consideration of amendments to the draft law on mobilization related to deferrals and reservations. Committee member Iryna Friz explained who will not receive a deferral from mobilization under the new draft law.
Friese noted that the committee did not support a postponement for the following categories of persons:
- Persons holding senior positions in NABU and SBI;
- Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and persons with the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;
- Religious preachers, mentors and other clergy of religious organizations;
- Extracurricular education workers;
- Half-siblings;
- Creative workers, restorers, chief curators of funds and heads of national cultural institutions.
Postgraduate students of all forms of study (budgetary and commercial) will receive a deferral.
It is also noted that sometimes the delivery of invitations to the nearest territorial recruitment center occurs with violations, so CCC employees are required to perform two actions before delivering the summons to citizens.
