Ukraine has resumed the reservation of military personnel for critical enterprises and those providing for the needs of the Defense Forces since December 1, 2024. These changes relate to new rules that allow enterprises to once again reserve employees through the Diya portal.
Prior to this, the booking service was temporarily suspended due to an attack by Russian hackers on the Ministry of Justice's registries on December 19, 2024. However, since the beginning of December, the process has been resumed, although some features, such as booking for company branches or ultimate beneficiaries, are not yet available.
According to the Ministry of Economy, since the launch of the Diya portal for booking military conscripts in July this year, almost 400,000 people have been booked through the system. Since the beginning of December 2024, more than 71,500 applications have been registered under the new rules.
How to book an employee through the Diya portal?
To book an employee, entrepreneurs need to follow a few simple steps:
- Log in to the citizen's account on the Diya portal.
- Select the “Submit an application” option.
- Specify the details of the employee you want to book.
- Confirm that his salary meets the established standards.
- Check and sign the application.
- Receive a response to your email and personal account within three days.
This will allow enterprises to ensure continuous operation in conditions of mobilization and maintain economic stability.
