The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) of Ukraine has taken measures to seize the real estate and vehicles of Lviv businessman Igor Hrynkevich , suspected of fraud, as well as his family, accomplices and companies controlled by him. This was reported by the press service of the agency on February 13.
According to the report, the arrest also concerns the real estate of the fiancée of the businessman's son's fiancé and another accomplice. Although the press service's statement does not mention the specific name of the businessman, it was clarified during the telethon that it was Igor Hrynkevich.
SBI communications spokeswoman Tetyana Sapyan confirmed that the investigation has all the necessary orders to seize the property of Hrynkevich and his family, as well as accomplices. She noted that all orders to seize property have already been submitted to the Ministry of Justice for registration.
"As for the artist bride, there are orders to seize her property - two apartments in Kyiv, one in Kharkiv, and a plot of land. I also want to emphasize that the vast majority of this property was purchased during the war," Sapyan said.
Roman Hrynkevich's fiancée , became the center of attention in connection with these events. Recall that in January she announced the breakup of relations with the businessman due to a corruption scandal. According to her statement, she is going to sell her ex-fiancé's gifts and transfer the funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It should also be noted that on February 1, the media reported the impossibility of arresting two apartments in Kyiv belonging to Sonya Morozyuk due to their use as collateral for a mortgage loan she received from her mother.
