The checkpoint of CCC employees in Vorokhta, which provoked discontent among local residents, has been removed. However, CCC employees will continue to check the documents of those liable for military service in the village.
According to information received from the Ivano-Frankivsk CCC and SP, a checkpoint was set up at the entrance to Vorokhta, where documents of those liable for military service were checked. This caused a negative reaction from local residents, who complained about the decrease in the flow of tourists due to this event.
At the same time, a conflict broke out in the city today when local residents attacked a CCC serviceman and damaged his car. As a result, the serviceman was injured while protecting his colleagues. This incident was recorded and condemned.
Although the checkpoint in Vorokhta has been cleared, CCC employees noted that they will continue to check the documents of those liable for military service, fulfilling their duties in accordance with current legislation.
